Return Policy

Due to the limited quantities available and the pre-order process, there are no returns. All sales are final.

Lost or Damaged Items

Items Lost in Transit

If your order is never delivered, we will replace the order at our expense or issue a full refund. The length of time before your package is deemed lost in transit will depend on your destination address and chosen shipping method.

Damaged / Defective Items

We check items carefully to make sure they are in good condition, but sometimes they can undergo rough handling during shipping, or may have missing or defective parts inside the packaging. If you receive something that is damaged or defective, please contact us so we can decide how best to proceed. We will do our best to replace the item or repair it to perfect condition. At Callisto Comics, we take great pride in going the extra mile to ensure your product is in the best condition possible mirroring how it was at our shop to how it arrives at your door. All orders ship First Class in a Gemini comic mailer. For the shipment of four or more comics at one time, the books ship Priority in a Gemini comic mailed placed inside a USPS Priority envelope or box.

Pre-orders

When customers place pre-orders for items that have not been released, we order those items from distributors. Sometimes, those distributors cannot or do not fill our entire order, and when that happens, we will allocate any product we do receive to orders in the order in which they were placed. We may limit such products to one-per-customer. Additionally, release dates are provided to us by manufacturers as estimates. They are affected by publisher whim, the economies of foreign countries, natural disasters, acts of God, editorial disagreements, unfounded optimism, and simple mistakes. As a result, they are subject to change at any time.

Inventory Discrepancies

Though we try hard to keep our inventory up-to-date and accurate, sometimes data errors occur. If we discover that we are unable to fill your entire order, we will email to let you know. At that point, we will either split your order (so that the items we do have on-hand will be delivered ASAP), or in special cases we will await further instructions from you. Any payments on canceled orders will be refunded immediately, but it may take a few business days before the credit appears on your credit card.

SUBSCRIPTION

Please note, after your subscription is canceled, we will charge your payment card and ship any subscription issues that have already been pulled form your open shipment. No additional issues will be pulled for you. If you change your mind about cancelling, you can reactivate your account by choosing any of the other options listed on the Manage My Account tab.

You may cancel your subscription any time from the Manage My Account tab. After your subscription is canceled, we will charge your payment card and ship any subscription issues and other items that have already been pulled for your open shipment. No additional issues will be pulled for you. If you change your mind about canceling, you can reactivate at any time from the Manage My Account tab.
